The flange profile

Flange, also called flange flange disc or flange. Flange is a shaft and s♦haft connected parts, used for the connection between the pipe ends; Also use≠ful in the equipment inlet and outlet flange, used for the cπonnection between two equipment, such as reducer fαlange. Flange connection or flange joint, refers to the flange, gasket a>nd bolts are connected to each other as a group of assemb☆ly sealing structure of the detachable connection. Pipeline flanges refer to λthe flanges of piping devices and the inlet and outlet fla♣nges of equipment when used in equipment. There are holes in the flanges and bolts← hold the two flanges together. Use gasket to seal between flanges. Flange¶s are divided into thread connection (thread connection) flange, welding f©lange and clamping flange. Flanges are used in pairs, wire connection flanges can be used γfor low pressure pipes, welding flanges can be used for mo₩re than four kilograms of pressure. Classification of the flange

1, according to chemical industry (HG) standards: Solid flaΩnges (IF), threaded flanges (TH), plate flat-welded flanges (PL), butt-weld×ed flanges with neck (WN), flat-welded flanges with neck (SO), socket welded flanges (SW), butt-w£elded ring loose flanges (PJ/SE), flat-welded ring loose flanges (PJ/ RJ), lining flange cover (BL(S)), flange cover (BL).

2, according to the petrochemical (SH) industry standard: threadeπd flange (PT), butt welding flange (WN), flat welding flange (SO), socket welding flang"e (SW), loose sleeve flange (LJ), flange cover (not table note).

3, according to the mechanical (JB) industry standards: integral fla nge, butt welding flange, plate type flat welding flange, but₽t welding ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flat welding ring plate type loose sl≥eeve flange, flanged ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flange cover.

4, according to the national (GB) standard: integral flange, threadφed flange, butt welding flange, neck flat welding flange, βneck socket welding flange, butt welding ring neck loose sleeve flange, plate≤ type flat welding flange, butt welding ring plate type ↕loose sleeve flange, flange cover.

The connection form

Flange connection is the two pipes, pipe fittings or equipment, first fixed on a flange, be​tween the two flanges, plus flange gasket, with bolts fastened together, complete  the connection. Some pipe fittings and equipment have their own÷ flange, also belongs to the flange connection. Flange connection is an impor≈tant connection way in pipeline construction. Flanged connection is easy to use and can withst₽and greater pressure. In industrial piping, in the home, the pipe diameter is small, and ≠the pressure is low, and the flange connection is invisible.
