The flange profile

Flange, also called flange flange disc or flange. Flange is a shaft and shaft con$nected parts, used for the connection between the pipe ends; Also useful in the equipm‌ent inlet and outlet flange, used for the connection between two equipment, such as reducer flang♣e. Flange connection or flange joint, refers to th e flange, gasket and bolts are connected to each other as a group of assembly sealing struc<ture of the detachable connection. Pipeline flanges refer to the flanges of piping devices an d the inlet and outlet flanges of equipment when used in equipment. There  are holes in the flanges and bolts hold the two flanges together. U se gasket to seal between flanges. Flanges are divided into↓ thread connection (thread connection) flange, welding flange and clamping flange. Flanges are used© in pairs, wire connection flanges can be used for low pressure pipes, welding flanges can be uδsed for more than four kilograms of pressure. Add sealing gasket between two f&langes, and then tighten with bolt. Flanges of different pressures have different© thicknesses and use different bolts. Water pump and valvσe, in connection with the pipeline, the local equipm∞ent, also made into the corresponding flange shape, also known as the flange connectio•n. Usually in the two plane surrounding the use of bolt connecti↔on at the same time closed connecting parts, generally kno←wn as the "flange", such as ventilation pipe connection, this kind of parts can be called "flange✔ parts". But this connection is only a part of the equipment, such as the connection between the βflange and the pump, it is not good to call the pump "flange parts". Comparatively small, such as' valves, can be called "flange parts"

Classification of the flange

1, according to chemical industry (HG) standards: Solid flanges (IF),< threaded flanges (TH), plate flat-welded flanges (PL), butt-welded f♥langes with neck (WN), flat-welded flanges with neck (SO), socket welded flanges (SW), butt®-welded ring loose flanges (PJ/SE), flat-welded ring loose flanges (PJ/RJ), lininλg flange cover (BL(S)), flange cover (BL).

2, according to the petrochemical (SH) industry standard: threaded flange✔ (PT), butt welding flange (WN), flat welding flange (SO), socket welding flange (SW), βloose sleeve flange (LJ), flange cover (not table note).

3, according to the mechanical (JB) industry standards: integral flange, butt welding flangeπ, plate type flat welding flange, butt welding ring plate t ype loose sleeve flange, flat welding ring plate type loose slee‌ve flange, flanged ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flange cover.

4, according to the national (GB) standard: integral flange, threaded flange, butt welding flange,π neck flat welding flange, neck socket welding flangeδ, butt welding ring neck loose sleeve flange, plate type flat $welding flange, butt welding ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flange cover.

The connection form

Flange connection is the two pipes, pipe fittings or equipment, first fixed on a flange, be‍tween the two flanges, plus flange gasket, with bolts fastened tog∞ether, complete the connection. Some pipe fittings and equipm'ent have their own flange, also belongs to the flange connection. Flange connection is aφn important connection way in pipeline construction. Flanged ±connection is easy to use and can withstand greater pre₹ssure. In industrial piping, in the home, the pipe diameter is small, and the  pressure is low, and the flange connection is invisible. If you✔ are in a boiler room or production site, there are flanged p ipes and equipment everywhere.

According to the connection mode, the type of flange connection can be divided into:
