The flange profile
Flange, also called flange flange disc or flange. Flange is a shaft and sh§aft connected parts, used for the connection between the pipe ends; Also useful in the equipm÷ent inlet and outlet flange, used for the connection∏ between two equipment, such as reducer flange. Classification of the flange
1, according to chemical industry (HG) standards: Solid flanges (IF), threaded flanges (T≠H), plate flat-welded flanges (PL), butt-welded flanges with neck (WN), flat-welded flanges with neck (SO), socket welded flanges© (SW), butt-welded ring loose flanges (PJ/SE), flat-welded ring loose flanges (P✔J/RJ), lining flange cover (BL(S)), flange cover (BL).
2, according to the petrochemical (SH) industry standard: threaded flange (PT), butt∑ welding flange (WN), flat welding flange (SO), socket weldi₩ng flange (SW), loose sleeve flange (LJ), flange cover (¥not table note).
3, according to the mechanical (JB) industry standards: integral flange, butt welding flange, plate type flat welding flange, butt welding ring plate type l©oose sleeve flange, flat welding ring plate type loose sleeve flangeσ, flanged ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flange cover.
4, according to the national (GB) standard: integrβal flange, threaded flange, butt welding flange, neck f€lat welding flange, neck socket welding flange, butt welding ring neck loose sleeve f&lange, plate type flat welding flange, butt welding ring plate type loose sleeve flang∏e, flange cover.
The connection form
Flange connection is the two pipes, pipe fittings or equipment, first fixed on a fl✘ange, between the two flanges, plus flange gasket, with bolts fastened together, complete the★ connection. Some pipe fittings and equipment have their own flange, also belongs to the flπange connection. Flange connection is an important connecti≤on way in pipeline construction. Flanged connection is easy> to use and can withstand greater pressure. In industrial piping, i≈n the home, the pipe diameter is small, and the pressure is low, and the flange connection is inviφsible.
