The flange profile

Flange, also called flange flange disc or flange. Flange∏ is a shaft and shaft connected parts, used for the connection between the pipe end♦s; Also useful in the equipment inlet and outlet flange, used for the connection between two equi≥pment, such as reducer flange. Flange connection or flange joint, refers to the flange,  gasket and bolts are connected to each other as a group of assembly sealing structσure of the detachable connection. Pipeline flanges refer to the flanges of pipingγ devices and the inlet and outlet flanges of equipment when us∏ed in equipment. There are holes in the flanges and bolts ÷hold the two flanges together. Use gasket to seal between flanges. Flanges are divided i>nto thread connection (thread connection) flange, wel®ding flange and clamping flange. Flanges are used in pairs, wi£re connection flanges can be used for low pressure pipes, welding flanges c♣an be used for more than four kilograms of pressure. Add sealin£g gasket between two flanges, and then tighten with bolt. Flanges of differe‌nt pressures have different thicknesses and use different∏ bolts. Water pump and valve, in connection with the pipel★ine, the local equipment, also made into the corresponding flange shape, also known as the f&lange connection. Classification of the flange

1, according to chemical industry (HG) standards: Solid flanges (IF), threaded f÷langes (TH), plate flat-welded flanges (PL), butt-welded flanges with neck (WN), flat-wel ded flanges with neck (SO), socket welded flanges (SW), butt-welde₽d ring loose flanges (PJ/SE), flat-welded ring loose flanges (PJ/RJ), lining flange cov'er (BL(S)), flange cover (BL).

2, according to the petrochemical (SH) industry standard: threaded flange (PT), butt w∏elding flange (WN), flat welding flange (SO), sock÷et welding flange (SW), loose sleeve flange (LJ), fla"nge cover (not table note).

3, according to the mechanical (JB) industry standards: integral flange, butt welding ✘flange, plate type flat welding flange, butt welding ring platλe type loose sleeve flange, flat welding ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flπanged ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flange covδer.

4, according to the national (GB) standard: integral flange, threaded flange, butt weldin•g flange, neck flat welding flange, neck socket welding f✘lange, butt welding ring neck loose sleeve flange, plate type flat welding flange,  butt welding ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flange cover.

The connection form

Flange connection is the two pipes, pipe fittings or equipment, first fixed o™n a flange, between the two flanges, plus flange gasket, with bolts αfastened together, complete the connection. Some pipe fittings and equipment← have their own flange, also belongs to the flange c≠onnection. Flange connection is an important connection way in pipeline construction. Flanged con♦nection is easy to use and can withstand greater pressure. In industrial piping, in t>he home, the pipe diameter is small, and the pressure is low, and the flange connection is i&nvisible. If you are in a boiler room or production site, ♣there are flanged pipes and equipment everywhere.

According to the connection mode, the type of flange conn ection can be divided into:
