The flange profile

Flange, also called flange flange disc or flange. Flange is a shaft and shaft co✔nnected parts, used for the connection between the pipe ends; Also useful in the equipment 'inlet and outlet flange, used for the connection between two equipment, such as r educer flange. Flange connection or flange joint, refers to the ↔flange, gasket and bolts are connected to each other as a group of assembly ©sealing structure of the detachable connection. Pip↔eline flanges refer to the flanges of piping device∞s and the inlet and outlet flanges of equipment when used in equip♥ment. There are holes in the flanges and bolts hold th≥e two flanges together. Use gasket to seal between ​flanges. Flanges are used in pairs, wire connection flanges can be used fo∞r low pressure pipes, welding flanges can be used for more than four kilograms→ of pressure. Classification of the flange

1, according to chemical industry (HG) standards: Solid fβlanges (IF), threaded flanges (TH), plate flat-welded flanges (PΩL), butt-welded flanges with neck (WN), flat-welded flanges with↓ neck (SO), socket welded flanges (SW), butt-welded ri↓ng loose flanges (PJ/SE), flat-welded ring loose flanges (PJ/RJ), lining flange cov$er (BL(S)), flange cover (BL).

2, according to the petrochemical (SH) industry standard: threaded flange (PT), butt weldi ng flange (WN), flat welding flange (SO), socket welding flange (SW),§ loose sleeve flange (LJ), flange cover (not table note).

3, according to the mechanical (JB) industry standards: integral f✘lange, butt welding flange, plate type flat welding flange, butt welding ring plate type loose slee ve flange, flat welding ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flanged ring plate type loose sleeve♣ flange, flange cover.

4, according to the national (GB) standard: integral flange, threaded flange, butt weldinφg flange, neck flat welding flange, neck socket welding fl$ange, butt welding ring neck loose sleeve flange, plate type flat welding fl×ange, butt welding ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flange cover.

The connection form

Flange connection is the two pipes, pipe fittings or equipment, first fixed¥ on a flange, between the two flanges, plus flange gaske§t, with bolts fastened together, complete the connection. Some pipe fit§tings and equipment have their own flange, also belongs to the flange connection. Flange ÷connection is an important connection way in pipeline constru₽ction. Flanged connection is easy to use and can withstand greater pressure.
