The flange profile

Flange, also called flange flange disc or flange. Flange is a shaft and  shaft connected parts, used for the connection between the pipe ends; Also ♥useful in the equipment inlet and outlet flange, used for the connection betw®een two equipment, such as reducer flange. Flange co↑nnection or flange joint, refers to the flange, gasket and bolts are connected ±to each other as a group of assembly sealing struct↔ure of the detachable connection. Pipeline flanges refe<r to the flanges of piping devices and the inlet and outlet flanges of equipment when u♥sed in equipment. There are holes in the flanges and bolts hold the two flanges together. Classification of the flange

1, according to chemical industry (HG) standards: Solid flanges (IF), threaded flanges (TH), "plate flat-welded flanges (PL), butt-welded flanges with neck (WN), flat-wel♥ded flanges with neck (SO), socket welded flanges (SW), butt-welded ring loose flanges (δPJ/SE), flat-welded ring loose flanges (PJ/RJ), lining flange cover (BL(S)), f✔lange cover (BL).

2, according to the petrochemical (SH) industry standard: thr₽eaded flange (PT), butt welding flange (WN), flat welding flange (SO), socket welding flange (SW♥), loose sleeve flange (LJ), flange cover (not table note).

3, according to the mechanical (JB) industry standards: integra l flange, butt welding flange, plate type flat welding flange, butt weldin​g ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flat welding ring plate type loose sleeve f¶lange, flanged ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flange cover.

4, according to the national (GB) standard: integral flange, thread ed flange, butt welding flange, neck flat welding flange, neck socket welding flσange, butt welding ring neck loose sleeve flange, "plate type flat welding flange, butt welding ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flange cover.

The connection form

Flange connection is the two pipes, pipe fittings or equipment, first fixed on a flange, between t♦he two flanges, plus flange gasket, with bolts fasten ed together, complete the connection. Some pipe fittings and ​equipment have their own flange, also belongs to the flange connection. Flange connec∑tion is an important connection way in pipeline construction. Flanged connection iαs easy to use and can withstand greater pressure. In industrial p♥iping, in the home, the pipe diameter is small, and t₽he pressure is low, and the flange connection is in&visible.
