The flange profile

Flange, also called flange flange disc or flange. Flanαge is a shaft and shaft connected parts, used for the connection between the pipe ends;Ω Also useful in the equipment inlet and outlet flange, used for ±the connection between two equipment, such as reducer flange. Flange connection or flange< joint, refers to the flange, gasket and bolts are connected to each other a<s a group of assembly sealing structure of the detachable connection. Pipeline flanges refer to the• flanges of piping devices and the inlet and outlet flanges of equipment when u★sed in equipment. There are holes in the flanges and bolts hold the two flanges together. Use gask‌et to seal between flanges. Flanges are divided into thre✔ad connection (thread connection) flange, welding flange and clamping flange. Fl​anges are used in pairs, wire connection flanges can αbe used for low pressure pipes, welding flanges can be usedπ for more than four kilograms of pressure. Add sealing gasket between two flangesφ, and then tighten with bolt. Flanges of different p✔ressures have different thicknesses and use different bolts. Water pump and valve, i n connection with the pipeline, the local equipment, also m≈ade into the corresponding flange shape, also known as the flange conn§ection. Classification of the flange

1, according to chemical industry (HG) standards: Solid flanges (IF), threaded flanges (TH), plate φflat-welded flanges (PL), butt-welded flanges with neck (WN), flat-welded flanges wi∞th neck (SO), socket welded flanges (SW), butt-welded ring loose flan€ges (PJ/SE), flat-welded ring loose flanges (PJ/RJ), lining flange co≥ver (BL(S)), flange cover (BL).

2, according to the petrochemical (SH) industry standard: thr×eaded flange (PT), butt welding flange (WN), flat welding flange (SO)♠, socket welding flange (SW), loose sleeve flange (LJ), flange cov$er (not table note).

3, according to the mechanical (JB) industry standards: integral flange, bεutt welding flange, plate type flat welding flange, butt welding ring plσate type loose sleeve flange, flat welding ring plate type loose s¥leeve flange, flanged ring plate type loose sleeve flange, flange cover.

4, according to the national (GB) standard: integra&l flange, threaded flange, butt welding flange, neck flat weld♣ing flange, neck socket welding flange, butt welding ring neck loose sl©eeve flange, plate type flat welding flange, butt welding ring plate type loose≥ sleeve flange, flange cover.

The connection form

Flange connection is the two pipes, pipe fittings or equipment, first fixed on a flan₹ge, between the two flanges, plus flange gasket, with bolts fastened toget♣her, complete the connection. Some pipe fittings anσd equipment have their own flange, also belongs to the flange connection. Flange con™nection is an important connection way in pipeline♥ construction. Flanged connection is easy to use and can withstand gr eater pressure. In industrial piping, in the home, theπ pipe diameter is small, and the pressure is low, and the flange connection is invisible.
